Hardeep Singh works as Leader India LHT Asia and is responsible for Tostem operations in India. Responsibilities include all customer concerns including sales, service and process management through a nation wide network of channel partners.
The Tostem main office is at Manesar from where the operations are managed. The sales and service teams work at main cities in India. Channel partners cover 75 cities and Tostem has serviced orders in over 300 cities. There are close to 100 Tostem Studio across India including Manesar & Mumbai which are company owned.
The Tostem window is of pre-engineered design and is delivered to site in a box. This ensures last mile quality is achieved and Tostem takes responsibility for issue of warranty certificates.
